What Moniqa collects
Moniqa may collect account details such as your name, email address, phone number, and preferred currency when you create an account or join early access.
Moniqa also stores the records you choose to keep in the product, including expenses, agreements, repayments, reminders, monthly budget targets, and related notes.
If you use receipt capture or voice capture, Moniqa may process uploaded images, audio, and the extracted or reviewed details that come from them.
Usage, device, and billing information
Moniqa may collect product usage information, device-level diagnostics, and access-state information so the service can work reliably, enforce creator limits, and support subscriptions.
Where premium billing is available, subscription status may be synced from Apple App Store or Google Play so Moniqa can determine whether premium creator access is active.
How Moniqa uses information
Moniqa uses information to provide the product, keep records available, power reminders, and show the right access state for your account.
Information may also be used to improve reliability, investigate problems, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, and communicate important account or product updates.
When information may be shared
Moniqa may use trusted service providers for infrastructure, storage, email, analytics, or subscription support. Those providers are only given the information needed to do that work.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect users, or to protect the integrity of the service.
Retention and deletion
Moniqa keeps account and record data for as long as it is needed to operate the service, support your access to past records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
If you want your account or personal data reviewed for deletion, contact the Moniqa team and request help with account deletion or data removal.
Security and your choices
Moniqa uses reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect data, but no system can promise complete security in every situation.
You can review, edit, or delete certain records inside the product. You can also contact Moniqa if you need help with access, privacy questions, or deletion requests.
